Biography
Born in 1916 in the Melovatsky district of the Voronezh province. Member of the CPSU (b).
Member of World War II. Major, served in the 580th Infantry Regiment of the 188th Infantry Division of the 34th Army.
Since 1959 - in public and political work. In 1959 - 1971 - Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Khabarovsk Regional Council, 1st Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Regional Council of the Jewish Autonomous Region, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Regional Council of the Jewish Autonomous Region.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of the 7th and 8th convocations.
He died in September 1971.
