Nurullaev, Razi Gulamali oglu

Razi Gulam oglu Nurullaev was born on April 1, 1971 in the village of Halafli, Imishli district.

Education

1978-1988 received secondary education at Halaflinsky rural school of Imishli district.

In 1992-1997 he received higher education at the Faculty of Education of the English-French Languages ​​at the Azerbaijan State Institute of Languages ​​(the current AUL). ^{[1] [2] [3]}

2000-2005 received a higher education at the Law Faculty of the South Russian University for the Humanities. ^{[1] [2] [3]}

Electoral participation

In 2005, he was a candidate for parliamentary elections from the 8th Binagadi election district. He made a successful election campaign with the help of Dutch specialists. ^{[3] [1] [2]}

In 2009, he was a candidate for membership in municipal elections from the 8th Binagadi district of the first constituency. ^{[1] [2]}

In 2010, he was the single candidate of the NFA-Musavat bloc in the parliamentary elections from the 23rd Nasimi-Sabail Electoral Institute. ^{[1] [2]}

Activities

From January 1994 to November 1995 he worked as a correspondent for the ÇAĞ newspaper. In this newspaper, he wrote articles related to politics, culture, and development issues, and made translations from newspapers such as The Daily Mail, The Times, and The Guardian.

From May 1995 to November 1995 he worked in the VIP Affairs Department at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Baku, Azerbaijan Republic. ^{[1] [2]}

From 2001 to 2003, he lectured on the grammar of the English language at the Azerbaijan University of Languages. ^[3]

He worked as a researcher from February 2002 at the Institute of International Relations of ANAS, and from 2003 to 2006 in the department of "International Relations and International Law" of the Institute of Philosophy and Political and Law Institute of ANAS. ^[3]
