Biography
Vasily Mikhailovich Speransky was born in 1896 in Barnaul, Tomsk province . Father is an official, a nobleman. In 1916, after completing 2 courses in the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of Moscow University , he continued his education at the Petrograd Military School and was drafted into the army. Member of the First World War . Received the rank of second lieutenant . For demobilization in December 1917, from January 1918 he worked as an instructor in the cooperation system in Nizhny Novgorod. In 1918-1920 he was drafted into the Red Army . In May 1919 he became a member of the RCP (b) . In the bodies of the Cheka – OGPU – NKVD he began working in 1920.
- 1920-1922 - commandant of the Special Division of the Cheka of the 9th Army, military investigator of the Kuban-Black Sea Regional Cheka, head of the Political Bureau of the Batalpashinsky Cheka.
- 1922-1925 - Deputy Chairman of the Karachay-Cherkess Regional Court, Deputy Prosecutor of the Karachay-Cherkess Autonomous Region, assistant prosecutor of the North Caucasus Territory.
- 1925-1932 - Prosecutor of the Vladikavkaz District, prosecutor of the Stavropol District, prosecutor of the Black Sea District, prosecutor of Novorossiysk .
- 1932-1937 - Assistant Commissioner of the Black Sea Operational Sector of the GPU, Head of the Special Division, Assistant to the Head of the Adygea Regional Department of the GPU / Office of the NKVD for the Adygea Autonomous Region, acting Head of the NKVD Directorate for the Adygea Autonomous Region, assistant to the head of the North-Don District Department of the NKVD, head of the Millerovsky City Department of the NKVD of the Rostov Region.
- 1937-1939 - Head of the NKVD Directorate of the Main Directorate of Construction of the Far North . This period was marked by the inclusion of a special troika created by order of the NKVD of the USSR dated 30.07.1937 No. 00447 [2] and active participation in the Stalinist repressions [3] .
The final stage
Arrested on October 4, 1939. Convicted by the HCVF of the USSR on April 8, 1940 to the VMN . Shot the next day, April 9, in Moscow. In 1999, rehabilitation was denied.
