Biography
Born December 3 (15), 1905. By nationality Chelkan . Member of the CPSU (b) since 1931.
He graduated from the Oirot-Turin Soviet-Party School (1927-1930) and the one-year courses of Marxism-Leninism in Novosibirsk (1936-1937).
Since 1926 - in public and political work: chairman of the Kurmach-Baigol village council, head of the Turachak aymach land department, instructor of the Turachak aymach district committee of the CPSU (b) of the Oirot autonomous region, instructor of the Oirot regional committee of the CPSU (b), 3rd secretary of the regional Committee, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Regional Council of the Oirot Autonomous Region (1937-1944).
Until 1950 - Chairman of the Chemal Aymachny Executive Committee. [2]
He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the USSR of the 1st convocation.
