Biography
Born in 1914 in the village of Ozernoye, Tomsk Province (now - a village in the Ust-Kansky District of the Altai Republic ). Member of the CPSU (b) since 1939.
He served in the Red Army in 1936-1938. Since 1938 - on social and political work. In 1938 - 1971 - on Komsomol work, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Regional Council of the Oirotsk Autonomous Region, 1st secretary of the Regional Committee of the CPSU (b) of the Gorno-Altai Autonomous Region, Vice-Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Altai Regional Council, 1st Deputy Chairman, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Regional Council of Gorno -Altai Autonomous Region.
He was elected a deputy to the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 2nd convocation, the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR of the 6th and 7th convocations.
He died in 1997.
