Biography
Born in 1910. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1939.
Since 1931 - in public and political work. In 1931 - 1975 - at the Komsomol work in Tashkent and Kuibyshev, in the Political Department of the Upper Amur River Shipping Company, in the Khabarovsk Regional Committee of the CPSU (b), 1st Secretary of the Chukotka District Committee of the CPSU (b), 2nd Secretary of the Kamchatka Regional Committee of the CPSU (b) , Secretary of the Regional Committee of the CPSU (b) of the Jewish Autonomous Region, Head of the Political Department of the Amur River Shipping Company, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Lower Amur Regional Council, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Kamchatka Regional Council, Head of the Head Foot of the Ministry of Fisheries of the RSFSR, the deputy head of logistics of the Moscow Economic Region, Commissioner of the Siberian Branch of Agricultural Sciences.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of the 5th convocation.
