Biography
Born in 1917. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1945.
Since 1932 - on economic and political work. In 1932 - 1983 - at party economic work in Zinovievsk and Semipalatinsk, civil engineer of Nikolaev, Kiev and Chelyabinsk hydroelectric stations, instructor of the Central Committee of the CPSU, head of the Bureau of the Central Committee of the CPSU Central Committee in the RSFSR, first secretary of the Frunze District CPSU District Committee of the city of Leningrad, inspector of the Central Committee of the CPSU, chairman of the Executive Committee of the Kaliningrad Regional Council.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of the 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th convocations.
He died in 1993 in St. Petersburg.
