Biography
Born in 1909 in the village of Tsvetnoy, Astrakhan province. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1940. Candidate of Agricultural Sciences.
Since 1937 - on economic and political work. In 1937 - 1984 - head of the expedition group of the All-Union Scientific-Research Institute of Hydraulic Engineering and Land Reclamation, head of the group of soil and agronomic station of the People's Commissariat of Agriculture of the USSR, chief agronomist of the Mamlyutsky District Land Department, deputy chairman of the Executive Committee, 1st deputy chairman of the Executive Committee, chairman of the Executive Committee of the North Kazakhstan Regional Council, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Pskov Regional Council, Head Magadans Regional Agriculture Directorate, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Kokchetav Regional Council, Head of the Agricultural Department of the CM of the Kazakh SSR, Head of the West Kazakhstan Regional Directorate of Production and Procurement of Agricultural Products, 1st Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the West Kazakhstan Regional Council, Head of the Main Directorate Agriculture of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kazakh SSR, Head of Department, teacher of the Kazakh rural Economic Institute.
He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the USSR of the 3rd convocation, of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of the 4th convocation.
He died in 1989.
