In 1914 he graduated from the 4th grade of the Tver Theological Seminary, and later in 1916 he studied at the Moscow Commercial Institute. From May 1916 to 1918 - soldier of the Russian army , graduated from the school of ensigns in Odessa , from August 1918 to May 1919 - Head of the District Education Department in Kashin , from May 1919 to June 1921 - Assistant Commander of the White Sea Military District, from November 1919 became a member of the RCP (b) .

From June 1921 to February 1922 - Head of the Organizational and Instructor Department of Mostextile of the Moscow Provincial Economic Council . From February 1922 to April 1929 - Director, Deputy Chairman and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mostorg, from April to October 1929 - Chairman of the Board of the Moscow City State Bank, from October 1929 to August 1930 - Head of the Moscow Regional Finance Department, from August 1930 to January 29, 1932 - Trade Representative of the USSR in Austria .

From March 1932 to August 1934 - Head of the Moscow Regional Branch of Light Industry, from August 1934 to January 1935 - Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Moscow Regional Council, from February 29 to June 14, 1937 - Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Presidium of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee of the Tver Region, from 17 June 1935 to June 9, 1937 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Kalinin Regional Council.

He was awarded the Order of Lenin (December 20, 1935).

He was arrested on June 23, 1937; on February 8, 1938, he was sentenced to death "for participation in a counter-revolutionary terrorist organization" by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR, then executed. February 18, 1956 posthumously rehabilitated.
