Vasily Ivanovich Nikanorov ( December 22, 1904 , the city of Pereslavl-Zalessky, Yaroslavl province, now Yaroslavl region , Russian Federation - June 19, 1982 , Simferopol ) - Soviet party and statesman, 2nd secretary of the Crimean regional committee of the CPSU (b), chairman of the Crimean regional executive committee . Member of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of the 2nd convocation (1947-1949). Member of the Crimean Regional Council of Workers' Deputies [1] .

Biography
Born in the family of a joiner. In the years 1916-1924 - student turner, turner at a copper processing plant. In the years 1924-1925 - head of the hut-reading room of the village of Ivanovo Vladimir province.
Party career
Member of the RCP (b) since 1925 . In 1927 he graduated from the Vladimir Provincial Party School.
In the years 1926-1929 - head of the propaganda department of the Ivanovo district committee of the CPSU (b) of the Vladimir province. In 1929-1932 - Head of the Department of Culture and Propaganda of the Alexander District Committee of the CPSU (b); head of the organizational department, deputy secretary of the Kolchuginsky district committee of the CPSU (b) of the Ivanovo Industrial Region.
In the years 1932-1935 - deputy secretary, secretary of the committee of the CPSU (b) of the marine plant named after Sergo Ordzhonikidze in the city of Sevastopol, secretary of the committee of the CPSU (b) of the military district. In 1935-1937 - 2nd Secretary of the Crimean Regional Committee of the Komsomol (Komsomol).
In 1937-1938 - Deputy People's Commissar of Agriculture of the Crimean ASSR. In 1938 he was arrested by the NKVD, spent nine months in prison. He was released from prison and acquitted [2] , until 1940 he worked as Deputy People's Commissar for Agriculture of the Crimean Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic . In 1940-1941 - 1st Secretary of the Central District Committee of the CPSU (b) of the city of Simferopol.
In the partisan movement
Member of the Great Patriotic War , one of the organizers of the partisan movement in Crimea. In 1941-1942 - Commissioner of the 3rd partisan district of the partisans of Crimea (commander G. L. Seversky ). In 1942-1944 - assistant chief of staff for material support of the Crimean partisans, Sochi [3] .
In May 1944 - September 1946 - 3rd Secretary of the Crimean Regional Committee of the CPSU (B.). In September 1946 - June 1949 - 2nd Secretary of the Crimean Regional Committee of the CPSU (B.).
June 10 - December 12, 1949 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Crimean Regional Council of Workers' Deputies [4] .
Repression and rehabilitation
December 18, 1949 was arrested by the MGB in Simferopol in the framework of the so-called "Leningrad case" after the first secretary of the Crimean regional committee N. V. Solovyov . In 1950, sentenced to 25 years in forced labor camps. In 1954 he was released from prison and rehabilitated [2] .
In 1954-1963 - Commissioner of the Ministry of Procurement of the USSR in the Crimean Region; Deputy Head of the Crimean Regional Department of Food Industry. In 1963-1974 - Chairman of the Party Commission at the Crimean Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine. In 1974-1982 - a freelance member of the party commission at the Crimean regional committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine, a personal pensioner.
He died on June 19, 1982 in Simferopol.
