Philip Kalenikovich Kruglyak ( , - , ) - Soviet party and state leader, 1st secretary of the Melitopol regional committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine. Hero of Socialist Labor (1958). Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party in 1952-1960.

Biography
Born December 24, 1905 in a peasant family.
Member of the CPSU (b) since 1931.
He was in responsible party work.
In January — October 1941 - 1st Secretary of the Osipenkovo (Berdyansk) District Committee of the CP (B) U of the Zaporozhye Region.
Since 1941 - in the Red Army. Member of the Great Patriotic War since July 1943. He served as deputy battalion commander for political work of the 19th separate rifle brigade, political agitator of the 1075th rifle regiment of the 316th rifle division of the 11th rifle corps of the 1st Guards army of the Transcaucasian and North-Caucasian fronts.
After demobilization, from November 1944 - 1st Secretary of the Osipenkovo (Berdyansk) District Committee of the CP (b) U Zaporizhia region.
In 1945-1959 - 1st Secretary of the Melitopol Regional Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of the Zaporozhye region.
Then - the director of the holiday house "Kolkhoznik" in the city of Alushta, the Crimea region. An alley in Alushta was named in his honor.
He died on January 4, 1970. He was buried in Alushta at the old city cemetery [1] .
