Biography
Born in the family of a poor peasant. From a young age he worked as an apprentice in a handicraft workshop for the repair of equipment. In 1911-1914, he worked as a track repairman at the Maroseyk station of the Vladikavkaz Railway, a student at a mechanic at Tikhoretsk railway workshops in the Kuban Region.
Member of the RSDLP (b) since March 1913 .
In August 1914 - 1917. - In the Russian imperial army. He served in the 185th Infantry Regiment in Smolensk, in the training team in Nizhny Novgorod, in the 6th Finnish Regiment of the 2nd Finnish Rifle Division on the South-Western Front. Member of the First World War. After being wounded in 1916, he was transferred to the 30th reserve regiment in the city of Tula.
In 1917 he was a member of the Tula, and then Kharkov Council of Workers 'and Soldiers' Deputies. He was elected a delegate to the II-nd and III-rd All-Russian Congresses of the Soviets.
At the beginning of 1918 - commander of the Red Guard cavalry in Kharkov. Then he returned to the Tambov province, where he organized party cells, committees of the poor and state farms.
Since 1918 - in the Red Army. He served as an assistant to the Usmanskiy district military commissar, commissar for the formation of units of the Red Army of the Southern Front. In early 1919 he was elected chairman of the Usman district committee of the RCP (b). Then he was chairman of the Usman district revolutionary committee, headed the struggle against the White Guard units of Mamontov. In December 1919 - March 1920 - Chairman of the Usman county committee of the RCP (b).
In 1920 - October 1922 - Secretary of the Kiev Provincial Revolutionary Committee, Head of the Kiev Provincial Executive Committee. In October 1922 - February 1924 - at the Kiev plant "Arsenal".
Then - the executive secretary of the Borisoglebsk district committee of the RCP (b) of the Tambov province, head of the department of the Tambov provincial committee of the RCP (b), instructor of the Central Committee of the CPSU (b) in Moscow.
In 1926 - May 1929 - head of the department of domestic and foreign trade of the Far Eastern Regional Committee of the CPSU (b); Head of the Organizational Department of the Chita District Committee of the CPSU (b).
In May - September 1929 - 2nd Secretary of the Far Eastern Regional Committee of the CPSU (b).
In 1929-1930 - responsible secretary of the Nikolaev District Committee of the CP (b) U. Then he worked on responsible party work in the Donbass.
In 1932-1936 - party organizer of the CPSU (b) Tula Arms Plant. Since 1936 - Director of the Moscow Metal Rolling Plant.
From June 1941 - in the Red Army. Member of the Great Patriotic War . He served as military commissar of the 507th mobile military field surgical hospital and field evacuation center, military commissar, deputy political director of the sanitary department of the 13th army. In 1946 he was demobilized from the army.
In 1947-1951 - director of the Moscow woodworking plant. In 1951-1957 - director of the 11th printing house of the Moscow Printing Trust; Deputy Director of the State Specialized Design Institute № 8 in Moscow.
Since 1957 - retired in Moscow.
