Biography

Initial Biography

Born in March 1909, a native of the aul Afipsip of the Adyghe Autonomous Region, from a peasant family. Adyg. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1931. In the Red Army - in 1931-1933. Member of World War II. Lieutenant colonel.

Education: 1933 - study at the Krasnodar Higher Communist Agricultural School. Listener for the training of military commissars at the V. I. Lenin Military-Political Academy

1945 - 1.1947 student of the Higher Party School of the Central Committee of the CPSU (B.)

1954 - 1955 student of refresher courses at the Central Committee of the CPSU

Labor

Until 1929 he worked on his farm, in 1929 he joined the collective farm. In 1931-1933 he served in the Red Army, after demobilization he was sent to study at the Krasnodar Higher Communist Agricultural School. Since 1933 - in public and political work. After graduation in 1935, he was sent to work as the head of the party office of the Takhtamukai RK of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks. From April 1936 to June 1938 - deputy. Director for Political Affairs of the Takhtamukai MTS, in June - September 1938 - instructor of the Adygea Regional Committee of the CPSU (B.).

From September 1938 to December 1939 he worked as chairman of the Adygea Oblast Executive Committee,

from December 1939 to March 1940 - second secretary of the Adygea regional committee of the CPSU (b). He was relieved of this post on March 31, 1940 in connection with his departure for studies.

In World War II

After completing courses for the preparation of military commissars at the Academy. IN AND. Since November 1941, Lenin went the battle route from Stalingrad to Prague, participating in the largest battles of the Great Patriotic War ( Battle of Stalingrad , Kursk Bulge, crossing the Dnieper, Chisinau operation.

The battalion commissar Kade fought as an inspector of the political department of the 64th Army, was the head of the instructor department of the political department of the 24th Army , the 64th Army later than the 7th Guards Army .   • 1955 - 1956 Head of the Industrial Products Department of the Krasnodar Regional Committee of the CPSU
  • 1956 - 10/15/1958 Chairman of the Krasnodar Regional Council of the Food Industry Workers Union.

He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of the 2nd convocation, a deputy of the Supreme Council of the USSR of the 3rd and 4th convocations. 10/15/1958 after a long illness died in Krasnodar. Krasnodar is buried.

Rewards

He was awarded two orders of the Red Banner [2] , the Order of the Red Banner of Labor [3] , the Order of the Patriotic War of the 1st degree, two orders of the Red Star [4] and the Order of the Badge of Honor, and many medals.
