Biography
He graduated from Vilnius gymnasium . In 1890, the Alekseevsky Military School , after which he served as lieutenant in the 105th Orenburg Infantry Regiment .
In 1895, he was transferred to the Separate Gendarme Corps with the appointment of the Kiev State Duma . In 1897, he was seconded to Vilensky , and then to Kiev GZHU. In 1898, he was appointed assistant chief of the Kiev State University of Law.
On April 6, 1905 he was appointed head of the gendarme department of Lomzhinsky , Mazowiecki , Shutinski and Kolnensky counties. On June 16 of the same year, he was seconded to the St. Petersburg State University of Civil Law, and on September 4, he was appointed assistant chief of the Voronezh State University of Civil Law. Since 1907, he was in the reserve of the OKZ Staff with a secondment to the Special Department of the Police Department . Since 1910, he was appointed head of the Petrokovsky State Historical University.
