Peter Rabbit is an American comedic animated game based on a character from the Beatrice Potter series of books. The film premiered in the United States on February 9, 2018, and in Russia on March 22 of the same year [5] .

Story
The film begins with the confrontation of the old farmer McGregor and the mischievous rabbit Peter. What the old man just did not do to lime the rabbits! Once he managed to catch his father-rabbit and make him a meat pie. Soon after this tragedy, the mother of the rabbit family, Josephine, died, and Peter the rabbit became the head of the family. He could not sit still and often raided the McGregor garden, only did it more cunningly than his dad.
During McGregor’s next attempt to catch Peter, the farmer has a heart attack and he dies. His heir is the young Thomas McGregor, who lives in London, and he did not even know his uncle. Peter Rabbit with his sisters and animal friends had a party at the late farmer’s house, but upon Leni’s arrival they understand that they still have an enemy named McGregor and begin to do dirty tricks to the young heir.
The situation is complicated by the fact that, in addition to the garden, the rabbits are fighting with Thomas and for the attention of the neighbor Beah, a young artist who has always been very kind to Peter and his sisters. When Peter detonates dynamite to prove that Thomas uses it to fight rabbits, he explodes not only his hole, but also Beah's art studio. Thinking that Thomas was responsible for the explosion, Beah broke up with him, and he returns to London to work in the city again, and put up a house for sale.
Substituting Thomas in front of Beah, Peter realizes that Thomas, unlike the late uncle, did nothing wrong to them, rabbits, and they are largely to blame for himself, that he was hostile to them. Peter and his cousin, the rabbit Benjamin, travel to London in passing vehicles to make peace with Thomas and persuade him to return.
Meanwhile, the sisters of Peter in every way prevent Beah from leaving the farm. With great effort, Peter persuades Thomas to return. And so it goes. When Thomas appeared in front of Beah, Peter confessed last that he had pressed the button to blow up the hole and her studio. All three reconciled. Thomas discovers that he cannot return home, because one couple has already bought his house, which Thomas put up for sale. Thomas says he changed his mind and the house is not for sale, but the couple does not want to listen.
Then Peter and his animal friends use their tricks to kick the couple out of the house. At the end, Beah, Thomas and the rabbits end up staying in the village where Thomas opens his toy store, and Beah begins to write and illustrate books based on the image of Peter and his friends.

Filming
