Scalbiya ( Arabic: السقيلبيه ) - district (mintaka) as part of the governorate of Hama , Syria . The administrative center is the city of Scalbia.

Geography

Located in the northwest of the governorate of Hama. In the east, it borders with the Muhrad district and Idlib governorate , in the south with the Masyaf district, in the west with the Latakia governorate , and in the north with the Idlib and Latakiya governorates.
