Born in the family of actor Gustavo Rojo (1923-2017) and Miss Peru Carmela Stein. She made her debut in Mexican cinema in 1979 at the age of 5 years and has since starred in 36 films and television series. It was nominated 13 times for various awards, 11 of which won.
