Biography
Everton Cardozo is a graduate of the Parana Club Academy. In this club, he began a professional career.
On August 19, 2008, Everton joined the Brazilian Serie A Flamengo club. On August 31, 2008, he made his debut for Flamengo in the first team, in the Fla Flu derby, when his club and Fluminense tied (2: 2) in Serie A, Brazil.
In 2009, under the guidance of coach Cooky , Everton began playing as a left-wing winger, replacing Juan Maldonado for several matches. Also in 2009, he scored his first goal for Flamengo in Serie A, Brazil, in a match against Atlético Mineiro , ending 3-1 in favor of Flamengo. In addition to the goal, he also became an assistant in the goal, and was recognized as one of the best players of that match [1] .
