The exact time of foundation is unknown, it is considered founded in the XVI century. It is located on one of the former outskirts of the city, on the spurs of the "mountain" of Merchant, on the right bank of the Strip , not far from the current bus station and department store. According to tradition, it was outside the city walls. [1] The last known burial in 1940. Monuments were destroyed, many tombstones remained - matzo. The territory is partially fenced. The general condition of the necropolis is unsatisfactory.
