Fedor Nikitovich Klimenko (? -?, Kherson region ) is a Soviet statesman, an advanced agricultural leader, chairman of the Lower Serogoz and Genic district executive committees. Member of the Central Committee of the CP (b) U in June 1938 - January 1949. Member of the Supreme Council of the USSR of the 1st convocation.

Biography
Member of the CPSU (b) since 1926 .
In the mid-1930s, he was the chairman of the Stalin collective farm in the village of Rovno in the Genichesky district of the Dnipropetrovsk region (now Kherson region. Then he worked as the chairman of the executive committee of the Lower Serogoz District Council of Workers' Deputies of the Zaporizhzhya Region.
In 1940-1941 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Genic District Council of Workers' Deputies of Zaporizhzhya Region.
During World War II, he was evacuated in Central Asia, where he worked as the director of a small factory.
Since 1944 - again the chairman of the executive committee of the Genic district council of deputies of workers of the Kherson region.
Then - on responsible economic work.
The author of the book “In the struggle for the advanced collective farm: The experience of the grain collective farm named after Stalin of the Zaporizhzhya region of the Genichesky district” - Moscow, 1939.
