Pavel Alekseevich Usov ( * 1900 , the city of Kungur , now Perm Territory , Russian Federation -
1988 , Odessa ) - Soviet military-political figure, member of the Military Council of the Odessa Military District, Lieutenant General ( 1954 ). A candidate member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine in September 1952 - February 1960. Member of the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR 4th convocation.

Biography
From 1918 to 1927 - in the Red Army. Member of the Civil War in Russia, fought against the troops of Admiral Kolchak.
Member of the RCP (b) since 1919 .
Then he was at party work.
Since August 1941 - in the Red Army, a participant in the Great Patriotic War . In 1942 - February 1944 - member of the Military Council of the 38th Army of the Voronezh and 1st Ukrainian Fronts.
In February 1944 - 1945 - Deputy Head of the Political Department of the 1st Ukrainian Front .
After the war - at the command of military-political work.
In July 1952 - November 1956 - Member of the Military Council of the Odessa Military District.
Then he retired, lived in Odessa. He was buried at the 2nd Christian cemetery in Odessa.
