Kingdom of Enclava [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] - a virtual state on the plots of no man's land on the banks of the Danube River between the borders of Croatia and Serbia . The Kingdom of the Enclave appeared shortly after the formation of Liberland [6] and ultimately began to claim the second largest plot of no man's land [7] . Like Liberland and Ongal, the emergence of the Enclave was caused by the uncertainty and vagueness of the borders between Slovenia and Croatia ( territorial dispute between Croatia and Slovenia ), Croatia and Serbia ( Serbo-Croatian territorial disputes ), which resulted in some sections of land along the Danube from the point of view of international law, it turned out to be a draw (that is, to which no state officially claims).

According to the founders, the idea of creating the Enclave is “to create a place where everyone, regardless of skin color, religion or nationality, will be able to express their opinion, study for free and make money without worrying about taxes.” In total, there are 134 people in the Enclave, and more than 5 thousand people have already applied for citizenship of the new state [1] .
History
The Enclave’s story began when Polish tourists Pyotr Vanzhikevich and his friends, while traveling to Slovenia, learned from local residents about the existence of no man's land with an area of 100 square meters (1070 square feet) near the village of Brezovitsa near the town of Metlika 50 kilometers (30 miles) ) west of the Croatian capital Zagreb on the border of Slovenia and Croatia [1] .
On April 23, 2015, tourists decided to establish the kingdom of the Enclave on this land, however, the Slovenian government stated that it was not neutral land, but part of Slovenia, but its ownership would be finally decided in the arbitration court, and the kingdom of the Enclave itself was only a virtual idea. causing noise in the media [1] .
Having learned about the reaction of Slovenia, the leadership of the Enclave said: "We stop all activities associated with the creation of a new state on a strip of land on the border between Croatia and Slovenia." After this statement, the Enclave was moved from Slovenia on May 23, 2015 to a second draw of land measuring 0.3 square kilometers (0.116 square miles) along the Danube between Croatia and Serbia, next to another well-known virtual state, Liberland [1] .
However, on this plot of land there was already a principality of Celestinia, which was created a month before the Enclave. In this regard, territorial disputes began between the kingdom of the Enclave and the Principality of Celestinia [8] , but then the dispute was settled by the division of land, in which the Enclave got 0.027 square kilometers out of 0.3 [9] .
