The Order of Glory is a military order of the USSR , established by Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of November 8, 1943 . Awarded to the rank and file of the Red Army , and in aviation and those with the rank of junior lieutenant . Handed only for personal merit.
