Content
Story
The story of the film takes place in the post-war London 50s. Around the famous couturier Reynolds Woodcock and his sister Cyril is the focus of the British fashion industry. They dress everything: members of the royal family, movie stars, heirs of influential families, the whole world of society, both young and old - all use the services of the House of Woodcock, a pledge of excellent style. Women endlessly pass through the life of Vudokok, representing a source of inspiration and communication for the convinced bachelor, until he meets a young, full of will and spirit girl Alma, who soon becomes entrenched in his life as a muse and mistress.
Feelings for the girl bring happiness to the modeller, who is soon overshadowed by the realization that his love for her has derailed his whole self-control life, which he so carefully planned out before.
