About the Silin family
The first of the known Silins was the peasant of the Perm province Mark Feodosievich Silin. Around the 50s of the XIX century, he starred and went with his family to the East.
On August 18, 1860 [1] , with the participation of the Silins family, the village of Perm-on-Amur was founded. Subsequently, the city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur grew up on the site of the village and still one of the rivers is called Silinki [2] [3] [4] [5] , and the Silinsky forest has still been preserved within the city [6] .
Around 1864, Andrei Markovich Silin, along with other peasants from the village of Troitsky (150 people), the village of Perm (40 people), the villages of Okhansky (3 people) and Tambovsky (7 people) sailed to the post of St. Olga on the boat and founded the village of Perm on the river. In the same place, Andrei Andreyevich Silin was born on 02.01.1866 the son Fedor Andreyevich Silin.
The main milestones of life Silina F. A
It is known that in childhood Fedor lived in the village of Perm. Received primary education from the clerk, and later studied independently. At eleven years old, the father gave his son a gun and taught his son forest wisdom.
It would seem that Fedor was destined for a hunter, difficult, but desired by many immigrants. The conversion of the hunter into the ore miner, which happened to Feder Silin by the end of the 90s of the XIX century, looks all the more strange.
In 1898, Fyodor entered the service of Julius Ivanovich Briner [7] . From this period of life, one interesting document has been preserved that speaks of the growing interest of industrialists in this region rich in metals: “Identity. It was given to the peasant of the village of Perm, the Olginsky camp, Fyodor Silin, that permission was given to search for minerals within the Tauhe and Suduhe rivers, which should consist of a surface inspection of the area and collecting mineral samples without damage to the forest stands. "
From 1898 to 1912, Fyodor Silin served with different people: Briner, Artst, General Krupensky , engineer Derviz, advised V. K. Arsenyev [8] .
In 1913-1914, Fyodor Andreevich Silin worked as a prospector for a search engine from the Petrograd Geological Committee. In 1913 he was awarded the title of prospectus [7] . During this period, a lot of self-education.
The year 1914 brought changes. Fedor Silin mobilized into the army and serves in the city of Irkutsk. So goes summer, autumn, winter. In the spring of 1915, at the request of the Petrograd Geological Committee, Fedor was released from military service for mining explorations and to find the location of the railway.
The winter of 1916 F. Silin meets in Petrograd [9] . He is back in the army and works in the open-hearth workshop of the Putilov factory [10] . There he enters the ranks of the RSDLP . After the October Revolution, he had a meeting with V. I. Lenin [10] in the house of Kseshin.
In 1922, Fedor returned to the peaceful profession - a house was being rebuilt, and the economy was being restored. For two years, the plowing of new lands continued, and as soon as it was finished Fedor again left for the taiga. Now he searches for breeds, sorts them, compiles scientific collections. At this time, he works with Professor Kozlov and engineer Purtov, geologists: Nikitin, Adenets, Khrushchev and others.
In 1930, Fedor Andreyevich made a report to the VASKHNIL commission.
In 1932, Silin was promoted to work as the head of the district agricultural department of the Olginsky district, but already next summer, at the request of the geological committee, he was transferred to the Geolkom. For two seasons 1933-1934 pointed out to engineers Volorovich G.P. and Rubenko T.D. new deposits of polymetals and molybdenum .
In 1935, Fyodor Silin transferred to the formed Sikhali plant as a prospector - a search engine [9] .
Since 1937 he worked on expeditions of the USSR Academy of Sciences and the Tsvetmetrazvedka trust.
In 1938 , dramatic changes ensued in the fate of Fedor Andreyevich Silin: the whole family and Fedor himself were arrested [9] . Soon, Fyodor Andreyevich was released [11] .
All 1939 Fedor did not work anywhere, and the next year he was deported to Kazakhstan . There he lived and worked at the Tekeli plant. In 1940-1945, he discovered about 150 new ore pits, four ore-bearing strips of rare metals: platinum , antimony , molybdenum , and Icelandic spar . More than 200 collections were collected, a survey geological map was compiled.
In 1945, Fyodor Andreevich returned to Primorye and lived in the city of Suchan (now Partizansk ), led the processing of accumulated materials.
Since 1947, Silin again worked as a prospector prospector in the hydraulic fracturing of Primorsky Krai. Found Monastyrskoe deposit, Tetyukhinskoye deposit (in the archive of KhGOK stored a list of discovered deposits). There are more than 560 items in it.
Old age and foot disease did not allow Fedor Andreyevich Silin to continue work. In 1952, he settled in the city of Suchan and the following years was engaged in the processing of materials received.
This continued until 1961, when Fedor Andreyevich Silin died of gangrene of both legs.
In memory of the merits of the talented and selflessly devoted to Primorye ore miner Fedor Andreyevich Silin, one of the mines of KhGOK was named - the Silinsky mine [7] [12] .
