District Stropkov ( Slovak. Okres Stropkov ) - District of Slovakia . Located in the Prešov region . The administrative center is the city of Stropkov . In the north it borders with Poland , in the east with the Medzilaborce district, in the southeast with the Humenne region, in the south with the Vranov nad Toplou region , in the west and in the north-west with Swidnik district.
