Biography
July 9-12, 1920 was part of the Japanese delegation at the seventh session of the League of Nations , held in London [1] .
From 1925 to 1930 he was Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Sweden, representing at the same time the interests of his country in Finland.
From April 3, 1933 to October 15, 1934, he was in the capacity of Ambassador of Japan to Germany.
In 1936 he became Minister of Transport of Japan and was an active supporter of plans to expand the navy.
Since 1937, he worked actively in the Japanese government committee, which was tasked to prepare the Olympic Games in Tokyo in 1940 .
From 1939 to 1950 he was an active member of the International Olympic Committee .
