Club career
Ordine made his adult football debut for the Santos de Guapiles club on April 28, 2010 in a home game against Saprissa in the semifinals of the Summer Championship . He came on as a substitute in the 64th minute and received the first yellow card in his career. The match ended in a minimal defeat with a score of 1: 0.
In January 2017, it became known that the player can go to the “ Portland Timbers ” [2] [3] . However, Ordine was not included in the plans of the coaching staff for the first half of the MLS season, so his transition was delayed until the end of the Summer Championship in Costa Rica [4] [5] . However, on May 4 of that year, even before the end of the championship, he moved to Herediano [6] . As part of Santos de Guapiles, Ordine spent 139 matches in 7 championship seasons and became the finalist of the 2012 Summer Championship .
Team Career
Jamir as part of the Costa Rica U -20 team participated in the qualifying tournament for the CONCACAF Championship among youth teams in 2013 , in which he played one match against Honduras (0: 0). Costa Rica team managed to qualify for the tournament from first place. At the CONCACAF Championship itself, Ordine spent 2 group stage matches against Haiti (1: 0) and the USA (0: 1), and his team reached the quarterfinals of the tournament, in which they lost to Cuba (1: 2).
In March 2013, as a member of the national team under 20 years old, he participated in a football tournament at the Central American Games , in which he played in two group stage matches against Belize (3: 0) and Nicaragua (2: 0), in the semifinal against Guatemala (2: 1) and in the final against Honduras (0: 1).
In 2014, Ordine was called up to the national team until the age of 21 for the Games of Central America and the Caribbean . Costa Rica lost the first two matches of the group stage and prematurely lost their chances of leaving the group. Ordine entered the field only in the third match against Haiti and scored a goal, bringing a draw with the score 1: 1.
In 2015, he participated in the U-23 team in the qualifying tournament for the 2016 Olympic Games . Ordine took part in two matches against Honduras (0: 2) and Haiti (1: 1). His team took last place in the group and could not qualify for the Olympics.
On September 29, 2016, Ordine was first called to the Costa Rica national team for a friendly match against Russia (4: 3) [7] . January 2, 2017 the footballer was included in the national team for the Central American Cup [8] . At this tournament, he first played for the national team in matches against Belize (3: 0) [9] and Nicaragua (0: 0). Ordine was included in the preliminary composition of the Costa Rica national team for the CONCACAF 2017 Gold Cup , but did not get into the final list of called-up players. However, due to the injury of Christian Gamboa after the end of the group stage, Jamir replaced the player in the team application [10] [11] . His team left the tournament at the semifinal stage, and the defender himself did not enter the field.
