Biography
- 1948 - Graduated from high school and entered the Physics and Mathematics Faculty of the Leninakan Pedagogical Institute. Mikayel Nalbandyan, who graduated in 1953 with honors,
- 1953-1958 - worked in high schools as a teacher of mathematics and high school physics,
- 1962 - graduated in absentia from the Faculty of Technology of machine tools and tools of the Moscow Machine-Building Institute, qualifying as a mechanical engineer,
- 1958 - 1963 - Worked as an engineer-taper, workshop manager, head of laboratory, and then - deputy director for production at the Leninakan Grinding Machine Plant,
- 1964 - Director of the Microelectric Motor Plant,
- 1965 - appointed to the post of head of the department of industry, transport and construction of the Leninakan City Committee of the Communist Party of Armenia ,
- 1967 - appointed to the post of deputy head of the department of light and food industry of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Armenia ,
- 1967 - elected second, and in 1968 - First Secretary of the Leninakan City Committee of the Communist Party of Armenia ,
- 1975 - 1985 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Yerevan City Council of People's Deputies,
- 1985 - elected a member of the Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Armenian SSR ,
- 1988 - 1991 - Chairman Armkoz.
Then - the chairman of the OB " Gyumri - Veratsnund". Advisor to the Rector of the State Engineering University of Armenia .
He was elected a delegate to the XXIV Congress of the CPSU , a deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 8th and 9th, as well as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the Armenian SSR of the 10th and 11th convocations.
Awards and titles
Awarded the Order of St. Mesrop Mashtots ( 2010 ), the Order of Lenin and two Orders of the Red Banner of Labor , and many medals.
