Manfredo III ( Manfred III , Italian: Manfredo III di Saluzzo ; 1203/1205 - October 29, 1244 ) - Marquis of Saluzzo since 1215. Son of Boniface Salutstso (d. 1212) and Maria di Torres.

Biography
In 1215 he succeeded his grandfather - the Marquis of Manfred II . Until 1218, the grandmother with him was grandma - Azalais (Adelazia) Monferrat. On behalf of her grandson, she brought homage to the Count of Savoy on December 30, 1216, thereby recognizing him for the first time as overlord of Saluzzo.
Manfredo III in 1222 tried to defend the independence of his possessions, but after a short war he also recognized himself as a vassal of Savoy, and promised to marry the Count’s daughter when she reaches marriageable age.
He was a loyal supporter of Emperor Frederick II and a participant in many of his wars.
Family
In March 1233 he married Beatrice of Savoy (1220-1259) - the daughter of Amadeus IV of Savoy . Children:
- Alice (c. 1236 - until July 12, 1311), husband - Edmund de Lacy, Earl of Lincoln
- Thomas I (1239–1296), Marquis of Saluzzo
- Agnes and Margarita were born in 1245 after the death of their father.
The widow of Manfredo III Beatrice of Savoy in 1247 married Manfred , the illegitimate son of Emperor Frederick II.
