Also, the village council included several artels that had a population: Aji-Beki (Vera ), Almachik Verkhny (Hard Work) , His Work , of which there is no exact reference yet. The members of the Khan-Eli state farm and former estates: Gunali, Panchenko, Shakaya, Nizhny Almachik, as well as several dozen railway and highway booths, barracks and barracks were referred to the council. It turns out that the village council of 1923 was much larger in size than the current one. The time of re-subordination to the Bakhchisarai district has not yet been precisely established, it is known that this happened before 1940. Apparently, in those same years the village council was disaggregated - in 1940 there were independent Novovasilyevsky and Tav-Bodraksky village councils [2] and at the same time part of the villages remained in the Simferopol region ( Molla-Eli , Karach (Russian) and Karach (Tatar) by decree of the Supreme Presidium The Council of the RSFSR of May 18, 1948 was renamed as the village of Simferopol district [3] ).

By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of August 21, 1945, the Bazarchik village council was renamed the Postal Postal Council [4] .

On June 25, 1946, the village council was part of the Crimean region of the RSFSR [5] , and on April 26, 1954 the Crimean region was transferred from the RSFSR to the Ukrainian SSR [6] . On June 15, 1960, the council had the following composition:

  • Emelyanovka
  • Kazanka
  • Robin
  • Mironovka
  • Novo-Pavlovka
  • Novopanchenko
  • Postal
  • Pleasant Date
  • Poplars
  • Yablokovo [7]

In 1960, Pochtovoe acquired the status of an urban-type settlement and the village council was transformed into the Pochtovskiy village council [8] . The composition of the village council of 13 settlements was determined after 1977 [9] .

By 2014, the council included 13 settlements (1 village, 1 village 11 villages):

  • Postal (town)
