Bulgarian Census (2011)

The census in Bulgaria in 2011 was conducted from February 1 to February 28. This is the 17th census in the demographic history of Bulgaria. It proceeds through the use of two methods of collecting information - electronic (on February 1-9, 2011) through an online census on the Internet and traditional - through visits to cashiers and filling out a questionnaire form (February 10-28, 2011). For the first time in the Bulgarian census conducted over the Internet . As of February 1, 2011, the population in Bulgaria is 7,364,570 people. Women 3,777,999, or (51.3%). Men are 3,586,571 or (48.7%). ^[one]
