Asad Qaiser is a Pakistani statesman and politician. In 2014, he served as Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province .

Biography
Born in Swabi District , Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province. After graduating from high school, he continued his studies at Peshawar University and is a certified teacher . He became the founder of the school in Zayda , Swabi district. Gradually, the institute was founded on the basis of the school, with Asad Kayser as its leader. In 1996 he joined the party Tehrik-e-Insaf [1] [2] .
In May 2013, he was elected to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Provincial Assembly from Swabi District. In the same year, he was appointed speaker of the Provincial Assembly and president of the regional branch of the Tehrik-e-Insaf [3] [4] party . From April 8 to April 15, 2014 he acted as governor of the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa after the resignation of Shaukatulla Khan [5] . In May 2017, reports appeared in the media that Assad Kayser was involved in corruption. The politician himself denied these allegations, and Provincial Chief Minister Pervez Hattak declared his support for the Speaker of the Provincial Assembly. [6]
