The heroines of the issues of the magazine of different years were popular actresses, singers, models in Brazil: Anamara Barreira , Carol Diaz , Vivian Araujo , Nana Guvea , Christina Mortagua , Gacy Arruda , Maira Diaz Gomez other.
In 1992, the editor of Interview magazine Michelle Colrette ( 1962 - 2016 ), seeing the ever-growing need of society for emancipation and frankness, created the subsidiary magazine Sexy Interview [4] . The first version, without nude photos, was published by Art Editores , and the cover was decorated with the famous actress Carolina Ferras . Initially, the quarterly edition of the fourth issue began to bear the shorter name Sexy and came out with the model Patricia Machado on the cover. The first editor was Palmerio Doria who remained in office until 1999 and devoted many pages of the autobiography “Escape from Confidentiality” in 2001 [5] .
In 1995, the magazine was acquired by journalists Angelo Rossi, Ana Fadigas and businessman Otavio Mesquita [6] . In 1999, Rossi emerged from the triumvirate , organizing his publishing house Rickdan , which produces Sexy to this day. Later the editor-in-chief of the magazine was Enrique Rossi, son of Angelo [7] .
Since 2000, an appendix to the main edition called Sexy Total has been released .
