Elections to the Saratov Regional Duma (2017)

The election of deputies of the Saratov Regional Duma of the sixth convocation was held in the Saratov Region on September 10, 2017 on a single voting day , simultaneously with the election of the governor of the region . Elections were held according to a mixed electoral system : out of 45 deputies, 23 were elected by party lists ( proportional system ), the remaining 22 - by single-mandate constituencies ( majority system ). To get into the regional Duma by a proportional system, parties need to overcome the 5% barrier . The term of office of the regional duma of the sixth convocation is five years.
