Genesis and history
By the definition of the Governing Senate, the court adviser , railway engineer Nikolai Alekseevich Peshkov was made a hereditary noble dignity (1870) with the introduction of the third part of the Noble family tree on the merits of his father, college adviser Alexei Kirillovich Peshkov. By the definition of the Governing Senate in dignity on personal merits, his sibling Alexander Alekseevich Peshkov was produced (1889) with the introduction of the second part of the noble genealogy book [2] .
In 1899, Alexander Peshkov became one of the initiators of the construction of the Kazan Church in Luga . In 1900, he, as the owner of the estate of Estomichi , donated 5 hectares of land for the Luga branch of a real school-shelter [3] . Major General Alexander Alekseevich Peshkov in the village of Yestomichy, Luga Uyezd , according to the "Memorial Book of the St. Petersburg Province" for 1905, owned 3343 tithes of land [4] .
The son of Nikolai Alekseevich Nikolai Nikolaevich Peshkov was a Kharkov governor and general staff officer, a member of the monarchist movement.
Emblem Description
The shield is divided into four parts. In the first and fourth scarlet parts there is a golden trefoil cross above the silver crescent moon. In the second and third gold parts, a black horse with scarlet eyes and tongue galloping to the right through three green hills. The shield is crowned with a noble crowned helmet. Crest: two black eagle wings, each with a golden burning grenade. Between the wings, a vertically silver sword with a gold hilt point up. Namet: on the right is scarlet with gold, on the left is black with gold [2] .

- Nikolai Nikolaevich Peshkov (1857 - after 1917) - officer of the General Staff, lieutenant general, governor of the Kharkov province (1906-1908), chairman of the Russian Assembly (1912-1913), head of the Committee on the organization of expeditions to the North Pole [6] [7 ] ] .
- Fedor Nikolaevich Peshkov (1859-1910) - the first honorary citizen of Tsarskoye Selo, was the head of the Tsarskoye Selo Palace Administration in 1906-1910 [8] . A rose named General Th. Peschkoff ”, bred in 1909 [9] .
