He graduated from the medical and preventive faculty of the Rostov Medical Institute (1988). From the same year to the alma mater (university since 1994): studied in graduate school, worked as an assistant, then as an assistant professor of the Department of Histology, Embryology and Cytology. Since 2003, associate professor, then professor of the course of genetics and laboratory genetics FPK Rostov State Medical University.
In 2011, he became the head of the mutagenesis laboratory of the MHC RAMS; since 2012, he also became deputy director for scientific work at the MHC, and is now the director.
In 2011-2013. headed the Department of Morphology, MBF, Russian National Research Medical University named after N. I. Pirogov [1] . Now he is the head of the Department of Molecular and Cellular Genetics of the Russian National Research Medical University named after N. I. Pirogov.
Member of the Presidium of the Board of the Russian Society of Medical Genetics [2] , member of European LeukemiaNet (ELN), member of the European Society of Human Genetics (ESHG), member of the European Association of Hematologists (EHA). Khloponin), and in 2009, his doctoral dissertation “Genetic monitoring of targeted therapy of chronic myeloid leukemia”, at the dissertation council at the Moscow State Scientific Center for Medical Sciences.
He was awarded a diploma of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of Russia (2007), a diploma and a medal named after S. N. Davidenkov of the Russian Society of Medical Genetics (2010).
Author of 185 publications, 1 monograph, 9 teaching aids, 2 patents.
