Attractions
In October 2006, a Moldavian-German football goal park was opened in Budeshti, dedicated to the World Cup in Germany. The park in the shape of a soccer ball occupies 44 acres. Initially, it was planned to plant 147 trees on its territory - according to the number of goals scored at the World Cup in Germany, but German Ambassador Wolfgang Lerke suggested planting another 27 trees that symbolize Moldova’s Independence Day, celebrated on August 27 .
Also in Budeshti is the equestrian club "Sparta" . Every year on its territory the Moldavian Equestrian Championship is held - show jumping (competition to overcome obstacles in the competitive field. In 2009, the Championship final was held on August 15-16.
