Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon: Sword of Fate

After eighteen years of solitude, warrior Yu Xiulian leaves for Beijing , where Green Destiny is located - the legendary sword of her late love, Li Mubaya. In the forest, she is attacked by warriors from the West Lotus clan. During the fight, a masked rider comes to her aid, and together they manage to cope with opponents, one of which is a guy named Weifang.

The Snow Vase girl comes to the West Lotus tower in the hope of joining the clan. When the head of the Dai clan approaches her, she draws a sword and tries to kill him, but her attempt ends in failure, and she runs away. When Weifang passes through the forest, a blind sorceress approaches him with a request to take her to the Day. She says I give that the sword of Green Fate surpassed his sword, and in order to rule the fighting world, I give this sword. Let me not want to storm the house of the emperor's brother, but the sorceress advises to send Weifang there, because, according to her, the guy and the sword are bound by fate.

Xiulian arrives in Beijing, where he goes to the house of Mr. Tae, who is like her father. Mr. Tae’s son greets her and shows the Sword of Fate, also reminding her of the love between her and Li Mubai. That night, when Weifang sneaks into their house to steal a sword, the Snow Vase appears and confronts it. During the fight, Vaza sees a mole on Weifang’s chest, which distracts her and allows the guy to escape. Vase calls for help, after which Xulian comes and catches the guy. The snow vase asks Syulian to teach her skills.

In the tavern, Meng Xizhao, a masked rider who came to the aid of Xiulian, urges the soldiers to join him to defend Tae's house. Four warriors join Sychzhao during a fight, and he takes them into action: Shandong's Flying Blade, Chan Thunderfist, Shi Silver Dart and Ma's Turtle.

Sulian begins to teach Vazu. That night, Meng Shizhao and his warriors come to Tae's house. Xiulian was shocked to see her longtime lover, as everyone thought he was killed by Dai. Xizhao explains that he was in love with Xiulian, but he knew Li Mubai was her true love, and he specifically decided to go to the mountains in search of enlightenment, because while he was alive, Li Mubai would not ask Xiulian’s hand.

Give resent the fact that Weifang did not cope with the task, and sends his elite warrior, Mantis, for the sword. During her attack, Silver Dart and Turtle are killed. The snow vase tries to free Weifang from the cage in the courtyard, but the Mantis is attacking her, and the prisoner finds out where the sword is. The blind sorceress fights with Xiulian in the hall of swords, as a result of which he kills Mr. Te’s son when Xiulian refuses to give up the sword.

When the residents of Tae’s house mourn the murdered comrades, Vaza tells Weifang about his past. He was born by the legendary warrior Han Mei. However, when he was a baby, his mother replaced him with a Snow Vase. Han Mei raised Snow Vase as her own daughter, but she never stopped searching for her son. In the end, when the mother found her son in the clan of the Western Lotus, Dai killed her, and before her death, she begged the Snow Vase to find Weifang.

Knowing that Dai will send his people to kill Weifang, Snow Vase frees the prisoner and is horrified to hear that Weifang has stolen a sword. Shizhao hunts down the fugitive, and they fight on a frozen lake. Weifang's teacher, Iron Raven, comes there and inflicts a wound on Xizhou, thereby allowing his student to escape and get to the Western Lotus. Weifang offers the sword I give, but tries to kill him in order to avenge his mother. Xiulian and warriors come to fight the West Lotus clan. Blind enchantress dies at the hands of Sulian. Praying Mantis kills the Flying Blade and Thunderfist, but is mortally wounded after a fight with a vase. Meng Xizhao confronts Dai, kills him with a sword as a result.

The snow vase heals his wounds and joins Xiulian, Xizhou and Weifang when they take the Green Destiny sword to take it to the Wudang Mountains.

On the Rotten Tomatoes website , the film received an average rating of 19% based on 32 reviews and a score of 5.1 out of 10 ^[1] . According to the Metacritic resource, the average rating of critics, based on 13 reviews, was 47 points out of 100, and users gave a rating of 5.2 points out of 10 ^[2] .
