Born on February 26, 1936 . From the beginning of the 1950s, she worked as a weaver at the Rosa Luxemburg Red Rose factory. The first mentor of Nina Minovalova was instructor Maria Fedorovna Yakovleva, and then - Hero of Socialist Labor Valentina Ivanovna Bobkova . By the beginning of the 1980s, Nina Minovalova simultaneously serviced more than 90 looms, which was 2.5 times higher than the industry norm [1] . In 1982, she became a laureate of the USSR State Prize - " for a great personal contribution to increasing output and improving the quality of consumer goods ." July 2, 1984 Nina Minovalova was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor . She was elected a delegate to the XXVI [2] and XXVII [3] congresses of the CPSU. She was a member of the Central Auditing Commission of the CPSU [2] .
