Biography
Born on April 10, 1944 in the village of Zabolotye, Nesvizh district, Minsk region.
In 1972 he graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Belarusian State University , later, from 1973 - graduate student , junior, senior, leading scientific worker , he served as deputy department of the Institute of Philosophy and Law of the Academy of Sciences of the BSSR.
Since 1986 - Doctor of Law, the theme of his doctoral dissertation : "State construction management in the USSR." 1990 - professor.
From 1988 to 2008, he was the head of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of the Law Faculty of Belarusian State University.
1991-1992 - Member of the Committee for Constitutional Oversight of the USSR; and from 1992 to 1996, he was chairman of the Central Commission for the Election of People's Deputies of the Republic of Belarus.
A. M. Abramovich in 1996 became the deputy head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Belarus . 2004-2008 He is the Deputy Chairman of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus .
For a long time, the professor was the chairman of the Council for the defense of doctoral dissertations in legal sciences at the Belarusian State University , and also headed the Commission on pardon under the President of the Republic of Belarus.
Activities
Alexander Mikhailovich made a great contribution to the development of legal support for public administration of investment processes at national and regional levels, analyzed the relationship between central and local government. Abramovich A. M. organized the development of many codes of the Republic of Belarus. He headed the work on introducing fundamental changes to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus . The professor also led the development of the legal aspects of the Treaty on the Commonwealth of Belarus and Russia in 1996.
He is the author of more than 100 scientific works, including 5 individual and several collective monographs and books.
