Geography
The village is located in the south-west of the Kurgan region, on the shores of the lake of the same name, at a distance of about 8 kilometers (in a straight line) to the west-south-west (WSW) from the village of Almenevo , the administrative center of the district. The absolute height is 176 meters above sea level [2] .

History
By the decision of the Kurgan Oblast Executive Committee No. 434 of December 9, 1963 No. 2 of the Kataysky state farm was renamed into the village of Malysheva.
On December 19, 1973, the Malyshevsky Village Council was formed, separated from the Sharipovsky Village Council .
In accordance with the Law of the Kurgan Region dated June 28, 2013 N 48 “On Amending Certain Laws of the Kurgan Region”, the name “Malysheva Village” was replaced by “Malyshevo Village” [4] .

- Gender composition
According to the 2010 All-Russian Population Census, men accounted for 49.2% of the gender structure of the population, and 50.8% of women, respectively.
- National composition
According to the results of the 2002 census , Russians accounted for 32% in the national structure of the population, 30% for the Bashkirs [5] .

In the village there is an elementary comprehensive school [6] , a feldsher-midwife station , a village club, a library [7] and a post office of Russia .

Near the village passes the highway P328 Shumikha-Ust-Uyskoye.
