Graduated from Moscow Power Engineering Institute (1951).
From 1951 to 1955 he was a senior laboratory assistant, from 1952 an engineer with the right to conduct independent explosive experiments on the development of elements of nuclear charges in the gas-dynamic sector of KB-11 (VNIIEF, Sarov).
In the spring of 1952, R.Z. Ludaev, E.A. Feoktistova, G.A. Tsyrkov, A.A. Chvileva carried out the first explosive experiment in the USSR to obtain superstrong magnetic fields.
From 1955 to 1981 at the Research Institute-1011 (now RFNC - VNIITF named after academician E.I. Zababakhin): group leader, department head, since 1970 head of laboratory 43-1 for the development and development of FS (focusing system). Under her leadership, highly efficient systems have been developed that provide the necessary tactical and technical characteristics of nuclear charges.
Candidate of Technical Sciences (1965).
Laureate of the Lenin Prize of 1966 for the development of a small-sized initiation system. She was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor (1960), the medal "Veteran of Labor" (1979), the sign "Veteran of Nuclear Energy and Industry" (2002).
