Pagano ( Italian: Pagano ) is a station on the M1 line of the Milan Metro . The underground station is located in the west of central Milan, under Via del Burchiello, at its intersection with Via Mario Pagano .

History
The station was opened as part of the first line of the M1 line (from the Sesto Marelli station to the Lotto station) [1] on November 1, 1964 [2] .
On April 2, 1966, a branch was opened in the direction of the Gambara station [2] .
Features
The arrangement of the Pagano station is similar to that of almost all the stations of the first stage: an underground location with two tracks - one for each direction and two side platforms. Above the station hall there is a mezzanine , in which entrance turnstiles and a booth for station employees are located [3] .
The station is located at a distance of 543 meters from the Buonarroti station and 475 meters from the Conchiglacione station [4] .
Immediately west of the Pagano station is an underground fork in the direction of Ro Fiera station and Bisceglie station.
