Vadim Alexandrovich Ligai (born March 26, 1953 ; Kyzylorda , Kazakhstan ) is a Russian machine builder and politician, deputy director general of the Helicopters of Russia JSC for infrastructure development, and a deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan .
