Biography
Chris Barch was born on March 26, 1980 in Hamilton, Canada. He played in the youth and junior leagues of Canada. In the NHL draft of 1998, he was selected in the 4th round under the 106th number by the team of the Washington Capitals. From 2000 to 2006, he played in the American Hockey League. In the 2006/07 season, he made his debut in the NHL for the Dallas Stars team.
In total, for “Dallas” played 6 seasons, in the season 2011/12 moved to the “Florida”. In the 2012/13 season, he played for the New Jersey Devils; in the 2013/14 season, he again played for the Florida Panthers. In total, the NHL played 381 matches, scored 12 goals and gave 23 assists in the regular season, also played 3 games in the playoffs. Finished his career in 2014.
Since 2014, he has been working as a coach in the Buffalo Sabers team [1] .
