Gorla ( Italian: Gorla ) is a station on the M1 line of the Milan Metro . Underground station, located under the Boulevard Monza ( viale Monza ) in the area of Gorla in the north of Milan.

History
The station was opened as part of the first line of the M1 line (from the Sesto Marelli station to the Lotto station) [1] on November 1, 1964 [2] .
Features
The device of the “Gorla” station is similar to the device of almost all the stations of the first stage: an underground location with two ways - one for each direction and two side platforms. Above the station hall is the mezzanine , in which the entrance turnstiles and the booth for the station staff are located [3] .
The station is located at a distance of 648 meters from the station " Turro " and 664 meters from the station " Prekotto " [4] .
