Biography
Zinovy G. Simanovich was born in 1901 in Tashkent. The son of the store manager of the Singer company. In 1917-1918 he was a clerk at a ginnery. Member of the RCP (b) since 1919. In 1918 he became an employee of the Special Department of the Turkestan Cheka-GPU. He graduated from a 2-class city school and 3-month party activism courses. On May 13, 1922 he was awarded a golden watch “for completing a series of tasks of national importance” [1] [2] . In 1927-1931 - head of the Information and Political Department of the North Caucasus Regional Committee of the CPSU (b). In 1937, he first worked as the head of the Department of the Northern Territorial — Regional Committee of the CPSU (B.), And from August 1, 1937, and. about. 2nd Secretary of the Omsk regional committee of the CPSU (b) and the head of the Industrial Transport Department of the Omsk regional committee of the CPSU (b). He was arrested on October 26, 1937. He was sentenced to the Supreme Medical Forces of the All-Union High Command of the USSR on September 20, 1938.
