Biography

Born on March 19, 1945 in the town of The new building of the Dyatlovsky district of the Grodno region . After graduating from the Physics Department of the Belarusian State University (BSU) in 1967, he entered graduate school at the Department of Solid State Physics. Since 1970, he worked as an assistant , senior lecturer , assistant professor of the Faculty of Physics of BSU. In 1972 he defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of physical and mathematical sciences . The fundamentals of the thesis were established by him the laws of texture formation and changes in electrical properties during plastic deformation of bismuth crystals.

In 1974, Anishchik trained in the United States , and in 1982 in England . In 1990 he defended his doctoral dissertation "Structural and phase changes in transition metals during implantation of medium-energy ions", the next year he received the title of professor . He was the scientific director of the scientific-methodical laboratory "Solid-state converters of robotic systems", a member of the program advisory committee on condensed matter physics at JINR ( Dubna ), a member of the British Institute of Physics . He was a member of the Scientific Council of the SCST at the Council of Ministers of the USSR , a member of the expert councils of the Higher Attestation Commission , a member of the dissertation councils at BSU, the Institute of Solid State Physics and Semiconductors of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and the Physicotechnical Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.

From 1990 to 2012 - Head of the Department of Solid State Physics, from 1997 to 2018 - Dean of the Faculty of Physics of BSU.

He is the author of more than 400 publications, including 7 monographs, 5 study guides, 9 inventions. He prepared 15 candidates and 3 doctors of physical and mathematical sciences.

Scientific activity

In the mid-1970s, Anishchik mastered a new direction in solid state physics - ion-beam modification of crystals. He completed a series of studies on the properties of ion-implanted metal films, as well as massive samples of transition metals and alloys based on them. The previously unknown structural-phase transformations during implantation have been discovered that control the behavior of the mechanical properties of a number of technically important metals and alloys based on them. The long-range effect, including the change in the properties of metals and alloys at depths many times greater than the mean free path of the ion in the samples, was also investigated.

In recent years, Anishchik and his colleagues have actively studied the processes of interaction between plasma flows and crystals. In particular, the formation of nanostructures on the surface of crystals processed by compression plasma flows was discovered.
