List of European countries by minimum wage

This list provides information on the minimum wage (gross) in Europe.

The data are presented on the basis of 40 - hour working week and 52 - weeks per year, with the exception of France (35 hours), [1] San Marino (37.5 hours), [2] Belgium (38 hours), [3] UK (38.1 hours), [1] Ireland (39 hours), [1] Monaco (39 hours) [4] and Germany (39.1 hours). [1] In most countries, the minimum wage is fixed per month, but there are countries where the minimum wage is fixed by the weekly or hourly rate.
